Interview
The interview was done in quite relaxing environment by CEO and CTO. CEO described the company as a small firm with 5 members and 20 programmers overseas. They wanted to expand business directions and need a manager who can understand and lead programmers. The employer wanted somebody true passionated and ready to work at least for one year.

Some questions were about past experience. Some requirements are to conduct cons-calls daily at 7 am, as the overseas team is located in different time zone.
