Irby interview questions

It was not at all what I was told it would be by the recruiter. Long testing process (4 evaluations) and a seemingly uninterested CEO. They only asked questions about ROI and when I told them I didn't measure that in the way they were asking, the CEO was dismissive. I was then ghosted by the recruiter and HR person. Even if it wasn't a good fit, after hours of my time a no thank you email would have been considerate.

Phone interview was well scheduled and calls were right on time. They are very upfront about the challenges of the role but the hiring manager was positive and clearly loves what she does. Second interview was similar, they clearly value your time and want to find the right people
