Irwin County Hospital interview questions

our hiring is done through usajobs.gov, Once you apply for a position a list is sent down from HR to our head nurse and they start the interviewing process. If there are no eligible candidates the list is rejected and another list is sent down or the job is posted again. I had some internal connections because I was a patient at the hospital and knew the head nurse. She watched for my name to come down on the list and hired me once that happened.
