I have given interview for Itech Software Solutions Bangalore Branch(java r&d pvt ltd). There are four rounds.
First-round: HR screening round asked java basic Questions.
Secound Round (Telephonic interview): Java Basic Questions.( They asked questions Java FAQ . Anybody can answer these questions).
Third Round ( Coding Test ):Three Hours Coding test at your home. They will share Webex link and HR monitoring you.
Fourth Round(Skype Round): Senior manager taken this round.
Manager Offered Contract role, currently, you are working as a contract employee. He didn't ask any technical questions.Without Technical assessment, he offered contract role.
With Basic Java knowledge we can crack this company interview. Because all interviews were taken by HR people. They don't have any technical knowledge.
As per my Understand, people don't join this company.Because Higher position people don't have the proper educational background.
