J Dass interview questions

The initial stages of the application process were straightforward and user-friendly. However, I was disappointed to experience a lack of communication following the interview. It would have been more professional if they had provided some form of update, regardless of their decision regarding my candidacy. This absence of feedback was quite unprofessional.

The recruitment team asked me to complete a questionnaire which turned out to be a personality test. They then “encouraged” me to attach an intro video. If they’re really interested, the courtesy is to offer a real time interview. My time is just as valuable as theirs.
