Fit interview-long working hours and willingness to relocate
It was pretty good. First round with HR, second round with people on the team you networked with/demonstrated interest in. Brush up on accounting. Make sure you have a good story as to why ER over IB/PE/VC/etc

Interview
The interview process or rather the selection process is bit of a hectic one with multiple rounds of interview and it also had a very difficult aptitude test that almost no one that I know was able to crack.
Had experience at another bank in a regional office so was completely over the phone. First with HR, 2nd with head of department, 3rd with the analyst. Was given a technical test through email. All pretty straightforward.
