It was an email reply to your online application asking you to record videos as online interview. I had 3 questions to practice which took me a couple of days and the 3 official questions are different but you have 2 times to record each question.

What do you think are the greatest challenges the financial services industry will face in next 5 years?
HireVue process where they give you 30 seconds to think about an answer and then you have 2 minutes to say your response. You have 2 tries to pass record the video but once you opt for the second try you loose your first recording.

After the scanning, they sent me an email to pass the interview on HireVue. When I go on it, there are 3 questions with 30 seconds to prepare and 90 seconds to speak; we got 1 second chance for each one.
