Unexpected: Why did I choose my college major. Most of the questions from the TMO and Executive Director were behavioral all others were based my experience in sales within the financial services industry.
JPMorgan’s interview focused on problem-solving, teamwork, and ownership. The process included an online assessment, a technical round on finance and analytics, and a behavioral round using STAR examples. HR call. They were nice but ultimately they were looking for someone with hedge fund sales experience which I didn't have. The call went well overall and they were nice.
