Simple and straight forward general application via the website, CV and cover letter required.
The next stage involved playing a series of pymetrics games - quite fun and not the usual internship/grad job test experience.
Hirevue Interview consisting of 2 motivation questions and a 35 min coding exercise.

Question 1
Motivation Questions
Q1: Why do you want to be a software engineer?
Q2: What steps have you taken, if any, to develop your coding skills?
Coding Question:
Question requiring you to use fairly basic coding skills. My question involved capitalising the letters of a few sentences.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at J.P. Morgan (London, England) in Nov 2024
Interview
It was quite straightforward. You get a hackerrank followed by hirevue. They asked you to solve a coding problem using any preferred coding language (python etc). For the hirevue, they asked about why u want to be a software engineer, motivations, and what steps are u taking to be better at coding

Question 1
What are your motivations and why you want to become a software engineer
Recorded interview where you can repeat your answer twice if you're not confident enough to submit and they will give a practice interview prior to the real one. It was nice and easy process overall.
