Online application- 3 rounds Video interview. (Due to pandemic, all interviews are virtual) First round with associate. 2nd round with VP third round with MD. Around 2 month total process. HR not super responsive.

Question 1
Basic accounting. Depreciation. Three statements work through. And conversational talks.
I had an assessment centre composed of 3 interviews with case study and presentation and then 2 final rounds. The final rounds are with seniors from the desks that interview you.
The arrangement was smooth and the interview was conducted through video conferencing. The interview lasted around fourty five minutes. The questions were largely in line with what you would expect for a similar role elsewhere.

Resume screening round - 1st round - 2nd round - 3rd round - Final Paper test was the overall interview process of Equity Research. Most applicants don't pass the screening round.
