Interview
1) Met with hiring manager, discussed experience, contributions and successes accomplished with former employer. Vetted negotion(s) strategies used for tactical and stretigic events leading to successful outcome.
2) Called back on two occasions first; speak with peers second those directs, to deep dive into experience, specific to present my approach and conclusion to apply those strategies used for tactical and stretigic event management.
3) HR Compensation and Benefit Negotation resulted successful offer and acceptance.

Group interview as well as individual interviews in pods. Not very personable and no feedback is given which was a shame as I thought the interview had gone quite well, and one of my interviewer (unprofessionally) said I had done well.
