Interview
Phone interview. Lasted about 30 minutes. Machine specific questions. Electrical questions and experience. Pretty typical. Manager and supervisor on the call. Very to the point, which I liked. No beating around the bush, asked a question, waited for answer and moved on.
Employment agency set up the interview. Screening, industry questions, technical questions/test, personality questions. They asked a few hypothetical questions to gauge my ethics. After that, I described what some of my goals and standard would be with that company.
