Got a call from HR to set up a phone interview. Phone interview was about 20-30 minutes, pretty standard. Heard back a few weeks later that I got the position

Pragmatic and to the point. Fairly technical but is not overly in depth. Emphasis on interaction. It was in person engagement. The coffee was good but no other foods was offered.
Ask me quite a lot of questions that is related to the role itself, a lot of technical questions and theories questions, have to introduce yourself and ask you some analytical thinking questions.
It was a great experience as it was a service based and product based company they asked all sorts of questions regarding manufacturing of PCB's and the testing of them.
