Interview
It was a 15 minutes presentation about the company and the graduate program by two interviewers. After that we had a 15 minutes group task about building sustainable houses and we had to present it. Finally we had around one hour long 1:1 interview with 5 competency based questions and 2 technical questions.

Interviewed by two people, asking motivational and competency and situational based questions. A lot of the questions were follow up questions from the answers I were giving, and the situational questions were not too hard and they help you if you get stuck.

Interview
Typical behavioural questions, heard back a couple weeks later. Surprisingly no online assessments which is nice. Does depend on team though. Interview was with a section lead and another civil engineer.
It was a very simple process of adding cv, then waiting for an option to do an online interview. You will be asked 3 questions, one about why you want to work there, another on how you stay motivated and lastly something you are proud of.
