I have a phone call, then an assesment center, after that one interview face to face with two engineers. After a couple of weeks I knew the result, it was really easy and straighforwad, I was recommended by a friend.

Interviewed by two people, asking motivational and competency and situational based questions. A lot of the questions were follow up questions from the answers I were giving, and the situational questions were not too hard and they help you if you get stuck.

Interview
Typical behavioural questions, heard back a couple weeks later. Surprisingly no online assessments which is nice. Does depend on team though. Interview was with a section lead and another civil engineer.
It was a very simple process of adding cv, then waiting for an option to do an online interview. You will be asked 3 questions, one about why you want to work there, another on how you stay motivated and lastly something you are proud of.
