Online application, then phone, then interview. Really slow process to be honest, online application completed it then took about two months to get a phone call, then a follow up email another month after that. By this time I'd already interviewed and been offered other positions.

The usual array of strengths/weaknesses with examples. If you can't answer these convincingly then I don't see any employer being interested.

2. Arctic shore behavioural assessment. Took it a little long. Not useful.
3. Interview. To be honest the lady already decided she didn't want to hire me and became a little unfriendly.
