The three-round interview process began with a phone interview with a talent acquisition specialist at a contracted recruiting firm. The second interview was with the primary hiring managers for the role, and then the third and final interview was with higher management within the hiring department.

Very relaxed but detailed. Multiple interviewers. Company wanted to know what my experience and expectations where. Benefits were discussed and ability to work crews that worked different shifts. Was I willing to be on call?
