Interview
The interview was extremely informal. It started with a phone screening, then a round of 4 interviews with everyone from the CEO, engineering management, and engineers. They tested technical competence ad-hoc, no formal challenges. A lot of questions about culture and lifestyle, this is extremely important to them. I subsequently got an offer via email, followed by a phone call, and started 2 weeks later.
