I applied through their online portal two months back and received an email to schedule a phone screen a month later. General phone screen questions such as tell me about yourself, what do you know about JetBlue that sets it apart, your career motivations.
About another month later I was given a Skype interview consisting of four rounds in two hours. Questions from the team were more conversational in nature and had several questions on financial modeling. The questions from HR were behavioral based including the question on which JetBlue value you most identify with.
I was told I would hear back from them by the end of the day and the next round would consist of meeting more FP&A managers and an exam, but never heard back. I don't take offense to not hearing back, but I'm sure many candidates do prefer at least some form of response, automated or not.
