Professional and straight forward. They we're friendly and asked about my background, experience, schooling and abilities. They asked man situational and customer serviced based questions. It's best to be honest and flexible when responding to interview questions.

started off with an email for the interview then at the interview they ask you why you want to join the company then they ask you situational questions. If you meet qualifications then youll get a background check, pass a drug test, then they send you out for training in Orlando.

Interview
It was a two on one interview, very well organized and there was an equal lay out between skill-based questions and personality-based questions. Overall, it was challenging, however, challenging in a good way.
