      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at JetBlue (Fort Lauderdale, FL) in Jul 2021

      Interview

Applied March 17, 2021 Invited to do virtual interview April 5, 2021 Completed virtual interview April 6, 2021 Presentation and Interview July 21, 2021. Done via Microsoft teams. Background check, fingerprint, and drug screening information were sent to me on July 22, 2021. The interview was good. It was me and three other candidates in a group interview with the recruiter. The recruiter made sure we were comfortable and had conversations with us. The background check took about 5 business days to come back but those 5 days were HELL! They wanted information from my previous employer which I had to search and find just to prove my employment because they were unable to verify it on their own. Apart from that and the lengthy wait time between steps, the process went smoothly. I am just waiting on Jetblue now to give me a training date.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

The virtual interview has 5 questions What do you know about Jetblue? What are the 5 cor values? Why Jetblue? Name a time you dealt with a difficult customer? Name a mistake you made at work and how you fixed it?

      Application

The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at JetBlue

      Interview

It’s a long process to say the least. Once you’ve applied and have been selected you’ll receive an email to complete a questionnaire and answer the typical questions in regards to agreeing or disagreeing. Then answer about 3 behavior questions. If you pass that part you be invited to complete a phone interview through a recorded system. If you pass then it’s the live interview with someone and they ask you questions about the job description and pay. If all goes well you’ll be invited to the face to face with about 50 or so people. They start off with an ice breaker everyone from the company introduces themselves and then you and everyone there being interviewed introduce yourself to everyone in the room. Once that’s through they go through a brief description about JetBlue and talk about pay, benefits and training. Once that’s done they give you about an hour break and then the interview begins. Some people were grouped into 3s while the spoke to two people on the other end. While some groups were in twos with just one person on the other end. After you’re done they tell you that you’ll receive an email in a week or so on wether you were picked or not
