Ok, so went to the interview today, and it was a wast of my time. 65 people showed up for the interview, at least 40 were already employed by JetBlue. Guess what people did not go past the 1st round of interviews.

No questions were difficult, the difficult issue was that I was not judged by my experience, I was judged because I did not already work for them, or had a name to drop. Shame on them
The interview process was easy, started with assessment and video interview. Then a face to face interview in New York. I have not yet Attended but will be going.

Applied Oct 1st, Completed online questionnaire Oct 11th, completed On-demand video interview Oct 15th and Nov 9th I was invited to move forward to the in person interview, I am looking forward to on Nov 30th in Fort Lauderdale, FL!

Customer service Questions, like What happened in a situation? what did you do to fix a situation ? what was the final outcome?
After the video interview i was invited to a face to face interview, i was provided a list of city's/states they are willing to meet with me, however they don't provide travel.
