Interview
Just had my group interview with JetBlue. I have not heard back from them on whether I got the job. The interviewer took turns asking us the same question. It was 4 questions and it was done in about 20 minutes. There were 3 people being interviewed including me.
Phone questions and in-person interview. Most questions are about previous customer service jobs. If offered, it is followed by an approximate 3 weeks in center training and 90 day commitment.

Interview
The company starts with an orientation informing you about the job description and the pay. The payment isn’t much and the benefits are okay. Whoever is still there is likely hired.

Could you tell me why you think you would be a great fit for company?
It was an okay interview. First there's a virtual presentation about the company, work/ life balance the and pay. Then shortly after your scheduled group interview. Dress professionally and make sure you have a Microsoft teams account up and ready to go.
