Interview
From initial application to physical interview, was quick. They were very informative about their company. I unfortunately believe JetBlue is age-ist. With 10+ years airline experience and an offer from another major airline, JetBlue appears to only accept young inexperienced candidates. Needless to say other offer accepted. Great opportunity for first timers in the industry. Must be able to live on very little income & be ready to move away from family.

Interview
Well to start, here is my timeline:
July 15th-application
July 18th-questionnaire
August 2nd-VI invitation
August 3rd-VI complete
September 12th-F2F invite
October 17th-F2F completed
I want to start by saying-while this process takes a TON of patience; it is SO WORTH IT! JetBlue is an incredible company and they are absolutely worth it. The only thing I’m really gonna touch on is the F2F, because I just did it today, and I don’t really feel like I was comfortable enough before mine. But I want you to be confident. IT IS SO FUN! And it’s relaxed. Honestly, I won’t actually find out for 1-2weeks but I KNOW I got the job. Everyone was so welcoming and helpful with any questions. You should take a deep breath and RELAX! I saw way too many people stressing too hard and not being themselves because of it. It’s a great experience and I feel lucky to have lived it.
