I went through a thorough five-round interview process for the Project Manager, Creative Studios role at JetBlue, meeting with 12 different people across the team. The process started with an initial phone screen about my background and experience managing creative projects. Subsequent rounds included conversations with Creative Studio leads, senior project managers, cross-functional partners, and director-level leaders.
