Interview
Basic interview process. Walk in and watch a quick video on what the job is gonna be like. Simple as that and then you are hired. Everyone there was nice and walk you step by step on what is to be done.
The director interviewed me, and it was quick. I entered her office hoping I don’t stutter or lack confidence. My resume surprised her since I go to college, but I also do have retail experience. She first asked, “Tell me about yourself.” I did so and she just said “Yeah, I’m going to hire you.” After she asked what position did you apply to and I said general merchandise, but later I changed my mind to grocery. By the way, orientation takes so long!
It’s very easy just be yourself. And be presentable and show up early. If you’re feeling nervous just breathe before going in for the interview and sum affirmation words helps as well
The interview went very well. When the interviewer came out we talked, they got some basic background information and then I was asked my availability. They where then able to determine where I could be placed while taking the hours into account.
