There are 4 rounds
1)Interview
2) Another interview and Email Exercise
---They give you a scenario, and an email and mock data set. You are supposed to go through the email, correct it. and then go through the mock data set, and reformat this. You have 20 mins. then, they will give you feedback, and you have 10 more minutes to go over the stuff again. And then thats it.
3) Another Interview + Revenue Project
4) Panal Interview + References
I did not get passed round 2.
Someone here on GD left a comment saying they felt their interview was used as a marketing study. I was asked one time to look at the homepage, and they had a feature and they asked me how I would change that feature and make clients use it more.
The company seems really really great.Interviewer was very nice, as were the employees in the SF office. I think anyone would be very happy working here. Its a tough vetting process, but its an employers market right now so companies get to be picky.
The only con to this was I asked for feedback, after they said they will not be moving forward, and have not received anything. It was a generic email "thanks, we decided to move forward with someone else" This is a little upsetting, as I feel that if you invest time in interviewing, they should at least give you a reason (if asked). How else can someone grow, if they are not told that there were certain areas/qualities they lacked that pushed someone forward?
To give the benefit of the doubt, its only been a week, maybe i will hear back. If i do, i will update this review.
