Thorough and friendly interview process, although you won't get the job if you can't give the same exact hours every single week. Interview composed of two steps: An over-the-phone interview and an in-person interview. Both were incredibly simple and asked basic interview questions such as "why do you want to work for us?".

They did not do too much of an interview. They had the basic questions they would ask, and do a background check. As long as you pass the background check then you will get hired.
