Interview
Jimmy John's posts job openings on craigslist, which is where I found they were hiring. I emailed the area manager, and after one more email an interview was set up for a few days later. After the interview, I received a call the next day informing me that I had the job. From there we mutually agreed upon a date and time to start training.

Question 1
The most unexpected question would be "How would you react if an employee took a revenue cup and poured himself a drink?" I wasn't yet aware of the company policy on such a thing, so it through me off a bit.
good fast easy to get in touch with. i am not sure how many people are there but they are very knowledgeable. the only thing that is missing is the pay
Pretty easy interview i would say. It was straight to the point and i basically got hired right on the spot in a sense. The questions were simple and easy

Interview
It was fun and relaxed. They just try to get a feel for who you are as a person and your work ethic. Afterward, the job is described to you in great detail so you know exactly what it is you will be doing.
