Applied online, followed up with several rounds of interviews. Pretty good questions, they use the STAR interview method. So brush up on that. Overall good experience and would recommend the company.

Give me an example of a time you and a coworker disagreed on an issue, how did you solve it?
Star method questions. 5 questions, 2 interviews, and 2 interviews each time. it was nice experience. it can be in person or on Microsoft teams. it wasn't difficult at all. they ask follow up questions about your answers. just be prepared and have a cheat sheet just in case you want to remind yourself.

La primer entrevista es con una persona de HR, la segunda entrevista la realizé con tres personas una de ellas era la encargada del área y las otras dos eran de apoyo para dudas, desde el principio me pidieron usar el método STAR para responder a todas las preguntas. la entrevista duró al rededor de una hora y fue dividido en tres partes, la primera eran preguntas enfocadas al puesto, luego preguntas de logros (una pregunta en inglés) y al final la oportunidad de yo realizar preguntas
