After an initial recruiter screen, it was communicated to expect a response from a hiring manager in 3 weeks if the process would continue. John Deere was radio silent for upwards of roughly 6 weeks, until I reached out for an update.

Verification questions with the recruiter regarding meeting the job posting requirements. Simple yes/no questions, requested to not expand further as that conversation would be had with the hiring manager.
Quick 10 minute Teams Interview Meeting. Straightforward questioning. Talk about oneself and answer some questions based on years of experience. Be ready for the salary range question. Recruiter is feeling out if you would be a good fit.
