I underwent an online screening process, followed by an in person interview that consisted of a group task and solo interview. I was asked to prepare a moodboard and presentation, and then was always asked to complete a times activity in the interview.

Easy process, in person interview with VM manager and after with a shop floor manager. During the interview there was some written VM scenarios. Around 20 ministers long, got back with a week

Had to do a 10 minute presentation displaying key trends in relation to JL and what their competitors are, then had to answer normal interview questions. Like why you want to work for the company and what you expect your day to day to look like
