Brief chat, discussed what was about to be implemented, more of a relaxed discussion than an interview. Nice to go in to a relaxed environment, too many work places make you feel intimidated, whereas this interview was a welcome one.

Interview
Receptionist was professional and courteous despite phones ringing and many in lobby waiting to sign in. I was coldly welcomed though in the interview process. One of the three interviewers saying they had a meeting to go to so had to leave just a few minutes in. It is pretty uncivil and disrespectful. Why even attend the interview then?
