Interview
It took around 55 minutes. Very general questions related to the job description. Unclear planning, new role that the management was not able to explain the exact tasks and processes. Worst after-interview approach from HR. Three different people called to give the same feedback. Too late for the feedback, too late for the offer (more than 2 months). Bad communication between HR and hiring management. Desperate to find people but incapable to handle. HR contact left without informing, I had to find out who took over my case. Then another person from HR was communicating with me. Never clear with the status update, the dates etc.

fast, to the point, actually talking abut characters and soft skills, personal interest, your willpower in different kinds of tasks given to you, but at the same time not making you nervous, it's an interview that feels like casual talk during lunch

Finance Position may be quicker in-taking than others, due to month-end closing Deadline issues if there are no back-up. so the whole process took 1month including Christmas, interview before Christmas, but offer got after it. and 1 directing finance Manager, 2 HR (one Senior) and another is finance staff who worked for this Position before. and questions are like normal, whole process lasted 1hour and 30min.
