Very laid back interview performed over lunch. The manager that interviewed me has moved on to bigger and better things but was the best manager I have had. He used a non-conventional interview process that determined my worth through general conversation rather than static question/answer format.

Review of previous experience and employment, likes and dislikes, review of skills and mind set. Discussed opportunity of growth within the company, travel needs. Review in knowledge of tools and skills within reason for repair.
