Interview
It all started well - good communication from HR, meeting logistics, first few interviews went well. Then there was no feedback at all. I chased the HR and eventually they came back saying they were using a contractor - so apologies, or explanation. Very disappointing for such a prestigious company.

Usual - career walk through, applicable experience. There were no technical questions, it was mainly how many people have you managed, how did you react to challenges, etc.
