I took part in a panel interview with the client and the local management team. I was recommended by my manager because of my successful performance in oil & gas and the uncertainty of my job's viability in the near future given market downturns and internal downsizing. The panel interview lasted 3 1/2 hours and was specific to the job as well as my suitability. The panel members were very positive and clear they wanted to make an offer shortly.
