- They were more interested in knowing past experience
- Hiring process significantly varies from person to person
- They expect program managers to be the leaders and expectation is that they will manage/lead all aspects of the program so they are looking for those skills.

Interview process occurred over several months. Process appeared to be paused without notice or communication. Several rounds of interviews with the hiring manager plus interviews with other stakeholders. Total of 5 hour of interviews.

Interview process started with HR then a series of phone interviews followed by visiting the location you would work in and meet people in person. The group then makes a decision and reaches out to you for an informal offer and HR follows up with a formal offer.
