HR was very friendly and welcoming. The interivew with hiring manager was straightforward, but the interviewer seemed to look down on my past experience, belittled my previous company and achievements, which left me with hard feelings and not being respected.

How did you achieve that result? Did you achieve the same level of ROI in the next year?
I had a screening call with someone on the HR team, then a call with the head of packaging then an interview and desk task to present to the head of packaging and CCO

It was mostly talking through my portfolio and presenting the design task
Had two video interviews, which seemed to go well, however left with no update or response. The first interview was more relaxed and with a member of HR, which made the lack of response even more frustrating.

Mainly asked about experience and explained how their ecommerce department was structured.
