K3 Solutions interview questions

Person interviewing was dressed in shorts and sneakers. Spent 90% of the TWO HOUR (yes) interview talking about herself, her beliefs, politics, her career history, etc. Very little information about the job itself (beyond making it clear the job would be very stressful and the owners were almost always absent and nearly impossible to reach if needed for something related to the position).
