KEMET Interview Questions

The interview process was pretty simple. I spoke with HR and then the hiring manager. After I passed these interviews, the next step was to present to a group of people on a topic of my choosing.

I had a phone interview followed by an in person at the plant with a variety of coworkers/management in each. After each it only took a few days to hear back on next steps.

bueno, en todo momento me explicaron el proceso y mis dudas fuero resueltas a la brevedad, tambien en el horario ellos se ajustaron a mis tiempos cosa que fue excelente para mi.

Communication with HR specialist and technical manager about the job. Exchanging words about the requirements for the job i applied. Talking about my experience and knowledge. They are totally honest and very professional.

Hay preferencias, no se a que se debe pero a algunas personas les hacen un examen en escrito y a otros solo les ofrecen su puesto y su sueldo, igual a unos se les exige y a otro no.

Fue un proceso sencillo y súper rápido. El personal de RH y la gerente del área son unas personas muy transparentes que en el momento transmiten tranquilidad y confianza en uno mismo.

Leyó mi CV y cuestionaron cada cosa que puse, me defendí bien, no pongan mentiras ojito con eso. En cuanto a trato siempre fue muy respetuoso el ing. En pocas palabras te cuestionan sobre lo que puedes aportar y lo demuestras que tienes el conocimiento.

Rápido y claro, además de explicarte como se manejan los turnos y cuales son los procesos a desarrollar, además de como van las categorías y como superarte dentro de la misma empresa, además de mencionar tus prestaciones

i was interviewed by a mechanical senior engineer who is working in the r and d department followed by an HR who asked me to fill an application clarifying my interests and hobbies as well as my points of strengths and weaknesses

I had HR interview in July, then technical interview in August then onsite interview in September for which they flew me to Florida. Whole interview process went smooth, had good discussion with hiring manager and VP Sales. After which i was told that they will let me know of decision in 2 weeks. 2 week later Hiring manager said he liked my skills but wanted to be 100% sure that i am the right person for the job and hence he assigned a job-related task to apply Machine Learning on, so he can be sure that i am the right person. Anyways, I sent him a whole report describing how that can be done and that i dont have data, but i am looking forward to job offer from them. He responded 2 weeks later saying that "data is on website". After that hiring manager stopped responding to emails. HR kept saying that i am in consideration, they havent decided yet. 4 months have passed now. They want interview candidates to do the whole job task just to prove that they are good ? What is the guarantee that they will be hired after that ? That is just immature !!! I dont know how it is even legal to ask a candidate to do the whole task that itself is job description !!
