Interview
Interview process was easy I was offered the job at the end of the interview. Asked generic customer service experience questions and my general work experience. I would say that the online part of the interview was also straightforward I only needed to submit a CV.
I was offered work immediately as soon as I brought in my right to work and was able to do regular shifts.

Question 1
How does your previous experience make you a right fit for the role?
Online face to face interview. They send you a day and time for it on Microsoft teams and then you need to join the meeting at that time. No cognitive assessments.
Discussion with Store Leader about my abilities and a lot of personaility related questions. Whether the working type would suit me and work around my other commitments. How I would create a good customer experience.

Interview
Easy and quick, response was very fast. Got a call back within a couple of days. Easy questions too without hospitality experience. Received information on what to do everyday, serving customers and helping staff.
