Pre-placement talk was the start of the interview process. Followed by that was the group discussion round which was an elimination round & then the final round was the panel interview.

What will you do if you find two of your junior colleagues fighting in the restaurant while peak hours?
There was a group discussion followed by personal interview round, post that they reviewed the profiles and declared the result. The salary was around 30K CTC per month for first year
