I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at KFC (Conway, AR) in Jul 2014
Interview
It was somewhat challenging there were hard questions but instead of giving them full details I kept it very brief and understandable. Most questions were common sense but when they asked "What kind of salary are you looking for", I did fumble a little because most jobs don't discuss that right off and I really didn't have a answer but I knew I had to give them something! My reply back was something like: "I am sure your organization offers a competitive salary, however, until I learn more about the position and the responsibilities I would like to defer that question." The lady paused at me then gave a half smile, I just knew I was no longer getting that position, then she said Wow no one ever gave a fantastic statement like that.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at KFC (Harker Heights, TX) in Jul 2025
Interview
I received a phone call followed by two in-person interviews with the leadership team to assess my qualifications for the role. Subsequently, I was selected for the position and offered a job that includes on-the-job training.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at KFC (Kentucky, IL) in Feb 2024
Interview
Thorough but short. Limited number of questions. Direct and to the point. It was an overall good experience and covered the basic requirements of the position. Details were adequate. Interview was very knowledgeable about the position.
