Phone screening with Field Ops Manager to gauge fit with company followed the next week by three consecutive thirty minute calls, each a couple hours apart with various managers at the prospective branch I applied to.

Talk about a time where leadership didn't quite agree with a decision you made
Mix of technical and non technical questions. Met with several team members. On site interview at Boise over the course of 6-7 hours. KLA paid for travel and lodging and the whole experience was smooth.
