PPT based interview, professional questions and open discussion! It's wonderful! I enjoy that! But maybe HRBP part is aggressive interview! Process includes one PPT part, and two parts of 2Vs1 part, and then HR part. The final is VP part!
Project interview with hiring manger. Talked about recent projects with focus on deep learning and GenAI. Then asked to deep dive into one project with technical details. At the end asked some behavioral questions.
