First round interview happened after KT's info session on campus. Interview was based on past behaviors. Recruiters would like to find more about candidate's unique past experience. Then second round itnerview was arrange on-site in CA. 5 back to back interviews with different interviewers from functional department. Again, they are eager to find the uniqueness about yourself, not many standard behavioral questions, but more like a chat with occassional IQ quiz.
