Entretien Manager / Senior Manager : Évaluation des compétences techniques, de l’expérience professionnelle et de l’adéquation avec l’équipe.
Étude de cas ou mise en situation : Analyse d’un cas concret pour évaluer la logique, la structuration, la résolution de problèmes et la communication.

Question 1
Pouvez-vous me parler d’une situation où vous avez dû gérer une difficulté dans un projet et comment vous l’avez résolue ?
The first stage was a phone interview with the recruiter in a friendly manner with the usual questions about salary and work experience, which were good and positive, and they said they would respond within the next two weeks.
Straightforward process. There was an initial interview with HR, then a Director and then finally the Partner. The partner interview was the easiest. That last part is just a culture fit check
The job interview process went through 3 rounds across different levels down-up, excluding the talent manager. It was brutal but totally worth it. The timing sequence is fairly fast ~ every 2 weeks.
