I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at KPMG (Bangkok) in Jun 2015
Interview
The partners panel interviews me and ask simple qustions which is nothing in term of academic. They ask to know our attitude toward auditors. After the interview, the firm soon informed me that I was accepted. I think if you are from top2 business school your chance to be accepted is 99%. In fact big4 usually offer auditor job to almost any university in Thailand, which is sometimes make it standard to be declined.
The interview process includes an application review, online assessments, recruiter screening, behavioral and technical interviews, and sometimes case studies or partner interviews, evaluating communication, problem-solving, technical knowledge, and cultural fit.
Smooth interview process that took only a week. The interval of the two interviews were short. Both the hiring manager and the Team Manager that interviewed me nice and approachable.
Easy going and straight foward a good combination between technical skills and behavioral question. Some of the queestion related to accounting and audit question and some related to our attitude
