The hiring process took 3 weeks with a one on one format that helps the interviewee (KPMG Jakarta office) and the interviewer feels relaxed and able to have a a good understanding of each other needs and objectives. In particular to the process, I remember that the process was not that long and they use 2 steps interview with 1 written test (Accounting, Basic skills, etc).
